Classic Avocado Toast

A simple, creamy breakfast finished with a tangy kick and depth of fermented flavour.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1):
- 2 slices bread, toasted
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lemon
- 2–3 Tbsp KUME Classic Sauce
- Sea salt & freshly ground pepper
- Chili flakes or fresh dill (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Toast the bread: Toast until golden and crisp.
- Smash the avocado: Spread the avocado over the toast. Squeeze lemon juice on top and season with salt and pepper.
- Add the sauce: Drizzle KUME Classic Sauce generously. It adds brightness and subtle fermented depth.
- Finish your way: Top with chili flakes, fresh herbs, or keep it simple. No rules — just good toast.
