Rainbow Rice Bowl

INGREDIENTS (Serves 1-2):
- 1.5 cups cooked rice (white, brown, or quinoa)
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sautéed kale or spinach
- 1/2 cup grilled broccoli florets
- 3-4 shiitake mushrooms, sliced and sautéed
- 1/4 cup pickled red peppers
- 1 salmon fillet (grilled or pan-seared) or any choice of your protein
- 1 large egg (sunny-side up) optional
- 3-4 Tbsp KUME Classic or Chipotle Sauce
- 1 pinch toasted sesame seed
